At the Cisco Store Tech Lab, we are constantly evolving and finding new technologies to improve our retail experience.  Over the last couple of months, our Tech Expert has been hard at work at the store in San Jose, installing our newest technology- SES Imagotag electronic shelf labeling, the world’s most modular digital price tags. Much more than a simple, passive price tag, the electronic shelf labeling through Imagotag helps us to display “micro web pages” that displays essential omnichannel product information.

On this week’s episode of Tech Tuesday, our Tech Expert Brian Domine will walk the audience through how we can easily update these labels in a matter of seconds.

When Brian notices that product has been rearranged, he realizes that one shelf label has not been updated to reflect the changes. With a pre-built integration with our Meraki access points, Brian is able to automatically control the shelf labels with the existing infrastructure. He’ll walk the audience through how he can easily and quickly change the labels within the application.

Our new electronic shelf labels are sleek and modern, fitting seamlessly into the Cisco Store environment. By giving us the ability to flexibly update important product information, we are able to enhance our retail experience by saving time and helping staff and customers make informed decisions.
