Now, we are bringing this store experience to our audience at home!

On August 4^th we are launching the very first episode of our new series called Tech Tuesday! This series will give our audience a deeper look into the Connected Cisco Store technology stack, including partner solutions. These tours will be led by Cisco Store tech expert Brian Domine, who will showcase a new technology each episode, from the store at Cisco’s headquarters in San Jose, California. The audience will also have an opportunity to “Ask the Expert” after each episode.

Creating Immersive Experiences at the Cisco Store with Cisco Vision

The first technology featured in our Tech Tuesday series is Cisco Vision. Cisco Vision is a dynamic digital signage solution that delivers immersive and customized digital experiences throughout the Cisco Store. This is a flexible solution that allows us to transform the entire look and feel of the store with personalized content on our screens. Signage content can range from static promotions to videos. This Tech Tuesday, we’ll be showing off dynamic content that will move across the front six screens in the store. 

Cisco has a vast network of partners that extends to the Cisco Store. During this week’s virtual tour, you’ll see that through a partnership with Apple, a simple touch on Brian’s iPad can transform digital signage and displays from the Tech Tuesday themed screens to our Cisco Store themed signange, with just one tap!

The Cisco Vision solution in the Cisco Store is deployed on a relatively small scale, but these digital signs can be scaled in much larger spaces such as sports stadiums and concert venues. When these venues want to reflect themes for different events, the flexible signage solution allows for quick switches to display new colors, images, videos, and sponsor messages from one event to the next.
